(1)电机轴外观

(1) the appearance of the motor shaft

检验要求和方法：表面光滑平整，涂有防锈油，倒角光滑、无毛刺。表面不能有黑皮、裂纹、折叠和夹杂等缺陷。

Test requirements and methods: smooth surface, coated with anti rust oil, smooth, no burr chamfer. The surface can be black, crack, folding and inclusion.

使用仪表：目视。

Use instrument: visual.

(2)电机轴尺寸

检验要求和方法：按图纸或封样进行检验。

Inspection requirements and methods: according to the drawings or samples for inspection.

使用仪表：游标卡尺。

Use instrument: vernier caliper.

(3)电机轴表面粗糙度

(3) surface roughness of motor shaft

检验要求和方法：表面粗糙度应不大于3.2。

Test requirements and methods: surface roughness should not be greater than 3.2.

使用仪表：粗糙度比较样块。

Using instruments: roughness comparison sample block.

(4)电机轴硬度

(4) motor shaft hardness

检验要求和方法：按图纸要求或封样进行检验。

Inspection requirements and methods: according to the drawing requirements or seal samples for inspection.

使用仪表：硬度计。

(5)电机轴螺纹

(5) motor shaft thread

检验要求和方法：用螺母旋入转轴螺纹端，应松紧适度。

Inspection requirements and methods: screw nut into the rotating shaft end, should be elastic and appropriate.

使用仪表：实装。
