金日鑫高精度电机轴.jpg我国于1 981年推行了JB2882—8l《载重汽车用玻璃升降器技术条件》标准,在此标准的基础上,根据我国汽车玻璃升降器的制造使用及检测情况,并参照国际上有关的先进技术指标及数据,修改制定了汽车行业标准QC/T29026--91《汽车用玻璃升降器试验方法》和QC/T29027—91《汽车用玻璃升降器技术条件》,并于1991年颁布实施,该标准对于汽车玻璃升降器的基本技术性能及测试方法作了明确的规定。由于目前我国大量使用的主要为臂式玻璃升降器,其它类型特别是柔式玻璃升降器尚缺乏有关的技术资料和技术数据,故上述标准仅适用于臂式玻璃升降器,其它类型玻璃升降器亦可参照执行[191。 由于臂式玻璃升降器制造工艺相对简单,成本低,目前我国80%左右的汽车玻璃升降器采用臂式玻璃升降器。而柔式玻璃升降器从平稳性、运动阻力来说大大优于前者结构更紧凑,且安装和布置都较为方便,但目前我国关于柔式升降器尚无正式的国家标准。

电动式玻璃升降器用可逆直流电动机和减速器取代手摇式升降器的摇手柄,可通过控制按钮实现集中控制。其电机采用永磁铁可逆直流电动机,如图所示。电压方向可正反向切换,以保证电机轴的正反向旋转。电机轴端设有蜗轮蜗杆机构作为一级减速,进而在蜗轮轴上的小齿轮驱动升降器扇形齿轮进行二级减速,从而带动升降臂升降。一般在车门的内侧装有动力车窗控制开关,以便靠近车窗的乘员根据各自的需要来开启车窗的大小。在驾驶员车门内侧还设有集中控制开关和主开关。驾驶员可以通过集中控制开关随时对所有车窗分别实现升降。特别是当主开关置于off时,其它控制开关将会失效,只有驾驶员侧的集中控制开关可以实现各车窗的升降。
